Laura Zuccheri: er født i 1971 i nord Italia i den lille byen Burdio (kommune i Bologna). <br />
Hun er både serietegner og maler. Inspirasjonen har<br />
hun hentet fra artister som Alex Toth, Moebius og Sergio Toppi. Blant<br />
malere er det Andrew Wyeth.<br />

===== Karriere =====<br />
Karrieren hennes startet i 1992 ved å tegne for westernmagasinet «Ken<br />
Parker magazine» Dette er en serie skapt av Berardi & Ivo Milazzo i 1974.<br />
I starten arbeidet hun som assistent, men utviklet seg etterhvert til å<br />
bli en selvstendig artist.<br />

I 1994 overtok Sergio Bonelli Editore serien, men Laura Zuccheri fortsatte<br />
å medvirke til serien. Hun har bidratt i de fleste utgavene av «Ken Parker<br />
Magazine».<br />
<br />
Hun har også tegnet Maurizio Mantero’s serie «Hardware». I tillegg skapte<br />
hun i 1998 det grafiske snittet til figurene i Giancarlos Berardi’s serie<br />
«Julia» om kriminologen Julia Kendall. En karakter basert på skuespilleren<br />
Audery Hepburn.<br />

Fra 2006 arbeidet hun med fantasy serien «The Swords of Glass» for folaget<br />
Humanoids. Hun avsluttet arbeidet i 2014 da serien var fullført. Serien<br />
har også vunnet «The Grand Guinigi Award for Best Art» på festivalen i<br />
Lucca.<br />

Fra 2013 har hun arbeidet med Tex Willer serien Color Tex (Ny avsluttet<br />
histore) og er dermed den første kvinnelige tegner av denne serien. Hun<br />
tegner hele serien selv fra skisse til ferdig produkt.<br />
