Den indeholder Gottfredsons dagstriber fra 1930 til 1955 og søndagssider fra 1932 til 1951, efter sigende i ucensureret form. Gottfredsons nyere materiale med en vittighed pr. dag er ikke med i serien.
Efteråret 2018 begyndte en lignende serie – Mikke Mus av Floyd Gottfredson – fra norske Egmont.
